Finding Purpose

Everyday people move through life doing the same thing, day in and day out. Eating. Sleeping. Working. Maybe spending time with family and friends. Then rinse and repeat for decades. And you have to wonder, is this the type of life you want to live. And is it really, truly living life if your stuck in a hamster wheel of repitition. Running, running, running without every getting anywhere.
I’m sure most people spend hours of their day dreaming of doing more and being more. But the gap that stands in the way is the How.

“How do I live a happy life?”,
“How can I make others feel proud of me and respect me?”,

But what do you come back to time in those times? Do you go for walks in nature to ease the mind? Read books? Cook food? Build app and machines? Listen to podcasts and do research? Those tasks that we do that don’t even require conscious effort or struggle and makes you lose your sense of time and pressure. What many don’t realize is we live in an age…
